The JOINME2 Conference aims to bring together teachers and academics who care about inclusivity and diversity in their classrooms.
The Conference is based on the work of the European project JOINME2 – Promoting Inclusive Education at Tertiary Level that aims equipping Higher Education (HE) instructors with the necessary competence in equality and diversity so that they promote a learning environment that is conducive to learning. At the same time, it wants to support teachers to reflect on their understanding of inclusivity and to foster diversity.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Teachers (in-service and pre-service), mentors, researchers, and personnel from the education institutions, Ministry of Education, members of NGO’s and civil society.
LOCATION
The conference will take place at the Balcova Campus of Izmir University of Economics, Izmir, Turkiye.
